Exchange and return policy

When you place an order with agar, it becomes final. Our estimated production time is two weeks. We have a strict policy of no cancellations or refunds. For items that offer customization options, such as length or color, we do not accept exchanges.

For ready-to-wear items, we may consider requests for exchange within 24 hours of receiving the order, if available. Any delivery or shipping charges for the exchange will be the customer’s responsibility.

If you have any specific customization requests, such as changes to size or length, please let our customer service team know before placing your order. These requests are subject to availability. Once the order is placed, it is considered final and our production team will begin processing it.

If you fail to accept delivery or pick up your order within 90 days of the shipping date, Agar will consider the order abandoned and reserves the right to sell, dispose of, or use it as we see fit. The deposit or full payment made by the customer will not be eligible for a refund in this case.

If you have any requests for alterations, such as changes to the length, within 7 days of receiving your order, please contact our customer service team. If your alteration request is accepted, subject to availability, please send the item back in its original condition, along with the original packaging and receipt. The customer will be responsible for any shipment and custom charges for the alteration.

Please note that agar is not obligated to accept requests for alterations or exchanges once the order is confirmed, and any such requests will be considered based on availability and the company’s discretion.
